| The library world of China at the moment pays an undue attention to the form of the library literature and lays less stress on the content of them. This is contrary to the historical tradition of the country. In order to adapt the library to market economy, it must deeply exploit the content of literature and make the library itself become a "blood forming" substansive being. |
