| In the work "Biographical Sketches of the Documentalists since the Qing Dynasty",the author,after accumulating his effortas over a period of 10 old years,has replenished the insufficient content and comissions of Ye Changchi's"A Collection of Chronicle Poems"(Cangshu Jishishi)and has added more than a thousand figures for whom he writes in a methodical way their biographical sketches one by one.He has not only recorded collections of books but textual editions,block-printed editions and bibliographies of all schools. |
