| The librarianship of Shenzhen should be linked up with the general developtnent trend of libraries in Hong Kong so as to lay a foundation for the international track linkage. The countermeasures that Shenzhen should take is to change the situation of small number of libraries as quickly as possible and to adopt a policy of carrying on quantity arid quality at the same time. Also , a certain number of "virtual libraries" should be developed , but the most important thing is to strengthen the macroregulation and macrocontrol. |
