| A comparative study is conduced for the facet technology and the change of pre coordinate terms of the 3 integrated thesauri:the "Faceted Thesaurus",the "Basic Thesaurus" and the "Chinese Classified Subject Thesaurus". The paper explains the limitations in using the integrated thesaurus in process of its development and holds that it is developing now toward the direction of large scale,applicability and usability. 7 tabs. 8 refs. |
