In building the library document information data base,a viewpoint that the information has its price must be established so as to cultivate the information market with effort;the protection of intellectual property rights should be put emphasis on;the input and fosterage from the government must be tried to gain;the planning guidance should be strengthened and the structure of library professional work should be well regu lated. 4 refs.
