The "BOOK Electronic Book" Compilation Environment (WDBOOK)" developed by the wuhan University has put forward the EBML of Chinese electronic book which conforms to the special characteristics of Chinese information and provides the platform of making automatic electronic book and the electroni book reading platform,the latter brings about the bottom support environment of electronic library. 4 illus. 4 refs.
