| There has been a rapid development in the creation of databases of local newspapers.Some of them have already been put on the Internet.However,there are still some problems such as lack of cooperation,low quality,lack of local characteristics and inefficient search methods.The author proposes some recommendations to solve these problems.1 tab.4 refs.
