| 信息服务产业有三种组织类型 ,各有其特点。信息服务业的改革应本着划分功能、转换机制、明晰产权、有序竞争的思路进行。信息服务产业化应走联合协作之路 ,其集团化途径是纵向、横向一体化和多元化联合 ,联结方式可以是紧密型的 ,也可以是松散型的。参考文献 6。 |

| In information service industry, there are three organizational patterns with different characteristics.The emphasis of the reform of information service industry should be put on function division, mechanism transformation, property right clarification and fair competition.The ways of the industrialization of information services can be cooperative, horizontally, vertically and multidimensionally integrating, and closely and loosely linking. 6 refs. |
