      要发挥信息资源网络在社会主义精神文明建设中的强大作用 ,就要加速信息基础设施建设、加快华夏文化网络化步伐、完善精神文明过滤机制、推进信息资源网络化法制建设 ,并积极在国民中普及信息资源网络知识和技术。参考文献 15。
英文摘要:
The authors think that to promote the effects of information network on the development of socialist spiritual civilization, we should speed up the construction of the information infrastructure, facilitate the networking of Chinese culture, improve the filtering mechanism for the spiritual civilization, enhance the networking and legislation of information resources, and popularize the network knowledge and techniques. 15 refs.
