| 所谓乡村图书馆的“1 X”建设模式 ,就是一所省、市或高校图书馆支持、带动多所乡村图书馆共同发展的模式。实施“1 X”模式是十分必要的 ,也是完全可行的。实施“1 X”模式要有政府的支持 ,要坚持定点扶贫、藏书优质实用、服务网络化、信息资源共享、馆员本土化等原则。参考文献 4。 |

| The "1 X" development pattern of village libraries is the cooperative development of one university or municipal library with several village libraries. In this paper, the author thinks that the "1 X" pattern is not only necessary, but also feasible. However, we need government supports, service networking, information resources sharing and librarian localization. 4 refs. |
