| 无论从国家的发展和图书情报单位的职责来说,信息扶贫都是极其重要的。信息扶贫的步骤,首先要请专家深入扶贫点调研,拟定项目建议书;其次是多方开发有用信息;第三是组建扶贫队伍,开展扶贫工作。领导协调、政府政策支持和基层的努力是做好信息扶贫工作的保障。参考文献4。 |
