| 电子出版物的采访原则有:针对性与可靠性原则、适用性原则、平衡原则、延续性与时效性原则、协调性原则。网络时代新的电子商务技术如EDI,为外文电子出版物的采访工作提供了更为方便、高效的采访途径。EDI在采访中的主要优点有:节省人力,提高采访的工作效率;减少人为因素造成的失误;消除通讯过程中造成的时间延误;较易获得书目信息;电子催缺及开立发票。参考文献9。 |

| In this paper, the author proposes the following principles for the acquisition of electronic publications: orientation and reliability, suitability, balance, continuity, timeliness, coordination , etc. EDI, an e-commerce technology in the age of network, provides a way more convenient and more efficient. Then, he lists some characteristics of EDI in the acquisition of e-publications. 9 refs. |
