| 图书馆学、情报学、信息管理学均起源于西方国家。20世纪初图书馆学概念引入我国,20世纪50年代情报学在国内出现。由于翻译和认识上的差异,这些学科间的关系问题一直纠缠不清。信息、知识、情报及图书馆等概念,是认识这些学科之间关系的关键。信息科学是个大学科群,包括了图书馆学、情报学、信息管理学等。信息管理学是信息科学与管理学的交叉学科。图书馆学与情报学基本重合。图2。参考文献6。 |

| Library science, information science and information management science all originated in Western countries. Since their introduction into China in the early 20th century, their relationship has been controversial because of the improper translation of their names and different understanding. In this paper, the author tries to clarify their meanings and differences. 2 figs. 6 refs. |
