| 服务主导型数字图书馆是我国高校数字图书馆建设的目标。其建设内容包括数字资源系统、统一信息访问平台、网上参考咨询平台和专业队伍的建设。其建设原则有服务导向性、标准规范性、开放性、效益性和创新性等原则。当前高校数字图书馆建设在统一领导和规划、数字资源加工、服务体系的完善及专业队伍建设等方面尚存在不足,应当从这些方面着手,加强建设。参考文献12。 |

| Service-oriented digital libraries are the objective of the development of digital libraries in Chinese universities. Their contents include unified platforms of digital resource systems, online reference platforms and professional staff development. In this paper, the author summarizes the principles for the development of resources, analyzes shortcomings in present practices and then proposes some suggestions. 12 refs. |
