| 图书馆不仅是一种机构,而且是一种制度。图书馆制度是为了保障公民知识权利而选择的一种制度。图书馆制度保障的公民知识权利,主要有知识自由、平等、共享的权利,以及知识休闲权利。机构范式和制度范式是图书馆学的两大范式。以制度范式为核心的图书馆学研究就是制度图书馆学研究。参考文献18。 |

| Library is net only an organization, but also an institution. The institution of library is tosecure the knowledge rights of citizens, which include the rights of knowledge freedom, equality, sharing andentertainment Organizational paradigm and institutional paradigm is the two main paradigms of libraryscience, and the study of library science based on the institutional paradigm is the institutional libraryscience. 18 refs. |
