| “Land Using Indicators for Public Library Construction” and “Standards of Public Library Construction” establish four key indicators, which meet the needs of modern library development and reflect the principles of “human basedness” and “general fair use” for public cultural services. The indicator system includes: grading scale indicators, set up, layout and land using indicators, building area, collection target and reading seat indicators, and housing project set up and geographical target indicators. 5 refs. |
