| 从类型、内容和特点等三个角度系统剖析世界主要国家可适用于图书馆的著作权例外的立法现状。在类型划分上，从法理渊源和内容规定的明确程度对当前世界范围内可适用于图书馆的著作权例外立法规定进行类型划分；在内容剖析上，指出合理使用和复制权例外成为当前世界主要国家可适用于图书馆的著作权例外的主要内容；在特点提炼上，概括出成文法呈现、类型多样性、国家相异性、相互影响性、动态调整性是当前可适用于图书馆的著作权例外规定的世界性整体特点。表1。参考文献14。 |

| The article comprehensively analyzes the global legislation progress of copyright exception applicable to library community from the type, content and characteristics. Thereinto, the type of global legislation status of copyright exception applicable to library community is classified according to the legislation origin and content while the main content of global legislation status of copyright exception comprises fair use and the exceptions to the right of reproduction. Then the author summarizes five characteristics of copyright exceptions applicable to library community, namely protection of statute law, diversity of types, dissimilarities among countries, interrelationship and dynamic amendments. 1 tab. 14 refs. |
