| This article discusses the resource development of major digital libraries in the world, and mainly expounds the Guide to Digital Library Resources Development from the aspects of development principle, development pattern, development content, development strategy, fund and management of development, which should be considered when drafting scientific planning. It is hoped that the Guide will do promote the work of digital library resource development28 refs. |
