| 本文从“全评价”体系分析框架提出的评价六大要素角度,即评价主体、评价客体、评价目的、评价标准及指标、评价方法、评价制度,对21世纪以来国际学术界网站评价研究进展进行总结和分析。指出未来研究的方向应包括:推动评价主体的多元性；根据现实需要,理性拓展网站评价客体类型；明确评价目的；努力完善形式、内容与效用相结合的综合评价方法；确立规范、合理的评价标准,构建科学、实用的分类评价指标体系；重视网站评价制度研究。表7。参考文献63。 |

| Research progress of the evaluation of international academic websites since the 21st century is summarized and analyzed from six major aspects in the “Full Evaluation” system analysis framework, including evaluation subject, evaluation object, evaluation aim, evaluation criteria and indicator, evaluation methods and evaluation rules. This paper points out the future research topics as follows:to promote the diversity of evaluation subjects; to expand the types of evaluation objects rationally according to practical needs; to ascertain evaluation aim first; to consummate the three-in-one system of form, content and effect of an evaluation; to establish standard and reasonable evaluation criteria;to construct a scientific, practical and classified evaluation indicator system; and to attach importance to rules of website evaluation. 7tabs. 63refs. |
