      阅读推广现已发展成为图书馆的主流服务。阅读推广中的基础理论问题包括阅读推广的定义,它与图书馆服务、图书馆核心价值的关系等。阅读推广的目标人群是全体公民,重点是特殊人群。阅读推广的理论特征包括阅读推广的属性定位、目标人群、服务形式和价值基础。体现图书馆核心价值的阅读推广的最终目标是通过阅读提升公民素养,使不爱阅读的人爱上阅读,使不会阅读的人学会阅读,使阅读有困难的人跨越阅读的障碍。参考文献18。
英文摘要:
Reading promotion has become one of the main library services. Basic theory in the field of reading promotion should include the definition of the reading promotion, its relation with library services and core values of librarianship. The target patron of reading promotion is all citizens, but focusing on people with special needs. Its theoretical characteristics include service orientation, patron, features and values of reading promotion. Aims of reading promotion in accordance with the core values of library are to make non-reader group to love reading, to make people who lack reading ability to learn how to read, to make people with reading difficulty to overcome the barrier.18 refs.
