      本文系统梳理了2023年第三届中国图书馆馆长高级论坛暨图书馆学系主任与馆长对话论坛二十一位发言人的主要观点。①关于专业知识体系与人才培养:职业精神是专业人才培养的关键点,图书馆学核心知识是图书馆综合业务能力最重要的基础,要加强信息素养教育的教学与研究,整合图书馆学与其他学科知识,培养实践能力与其他相关能力。②关于图书馆专业化的内涵与发展路径:核心是人才队伍的专业化,人才专业化面临现实困境,制度建设与继续教育是提升图书馆专业化水平的重要路径。③面对学科知识体系能否适应图书馆数字化转型和数字社会发展需要、商业逻辑对专业价值的侵袭等挑战和问题,与会者提出了可能的破解之道:回应国家、时代和社会需求,走专业化、内涵式发展之路;教育界与实践界合作共进;宣传展现图书馆与图书馆学的社会价值与专业性。参考文献5。

This paper systematically reviews the major views of the 21 speakers of the 2023 Third Senior Forum of Chinese Library Directors and the Dialogue Forum between Library Science Department Directors and Library Directors,which was held at Peking University on March 18,2023.
With regard to disciplinary knowledge system and talent cultivation,the following points were mentioned by the speakers:professional spirit is the key point of professional talent cultivation and it is the internal driving force for library practitioners to efficiently perform their duties,actively innovate services and improve their abilities;the core knowledge of library science is the most important foundation of librarians comprehensive professional abilities;more attention should be paid to the teaching and research of the basic theories and methods of library science,such as classification and cataloging;it is necessary to strengthen the teaching and research of information literacy education which is closely related to the survival and development of individuals in the digital society;there are some ways to integrate library science and other disciplines,such as inviting faculty from other departments to teach general knowledge of other disciplines,encouraging library science students to study for double degrees,and attracting undergraduate students from other majors to study for master's degree in library science,etc.;cultivating practical ability and other abilities is required,including the ability to raise questions,research and investigation abilities. Regarding the connotation and development path of library professionalization,the speakers proposed that its core was the professionalization of library personnel including library directors and staffs,pointed out its practical difficulties such as recruiting professional talents,and believed that institutional construction and continuing education were important paths to improve the level of library professionalization.
Faced with challenges and problems such as whether the disciplinary knowledge system can adapt to the digital transformation of libraries and the development of digital society,and the invasion of business logic on professional value,the speakers proposed possible solutions,including responding to the needs of the country,the times and society,taking the road of specialization and connotative development;cooperation between the education and practical sectors,which can be said to be the greatest consensus reached at this meeting;publicizing and demonstrating the social value and professionalism of libraries and library science,thus enhancing the recognition of and support to libraries among decision makers and the public. 5 refs.
