加强革命历史文献整理与研究,既是推进中共党史、社会主义发展史等学科研究不断走向深入的客观需要,也是总结揭示马克思主义中国化时代化进程经验规律,在全社会树立正确的民族观历史观的应有之举。本文对国家图书馆革命历史文献收集历史与存藏情况进行系统梳理,对“革命文献与民国时期文献保护计划”文献普查与总目编纂、专题文献整理出版、数字资源开发与数据库建设等相关实践和成果进行总结和归纳。面向未来,革命历史文献整理与研究在根本遵循上要继续坚定不移以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,在学理探索上要加大力度构建革命历史文献学学科体系和知识体系,在整理实践上要创新推动有利于革命历史文献保护利用的分类定级制度,以期产出更多顺应马克思主义中国化时代化潮流,且能够回应党和国家重大关切,具有深远学术影响的高水平成果。参考文献12。

Strengthening the compilation and research of revolutionary historical literature is not only an objective need to promote the continuous research on the history of the Communist Party of China and the history of socialist development but also a necessary action to summarize and reveal the empirical laws of Marxism in China and modernization of the Marxism,and to establish a correct view of nationality and history in the whole society.
This article systematically collates the collection and storage of revolutionary history literature in NLC,summarizes the literature census and general catalog compilation,thematic literature compilation and publication,digital resource development and database construction of “the project of preservation and conservation of revolutionary literature and the literature in the period of the Republic of China”. 1) The collection of revolutionary historical literature in NLC can date back to the War of Resistance against Japan period. By the end of 2022,the NLC's collection of new rare books has reached more than 13 000 titles and more than 20 000 items. 2) The revolutionary historical literature census and general catalog compilation was launched in 2012 and a “joint catalogue of revolutionary literature and literature in the Republic of China” was formed correspondingly. The compilation and publication of special catalog of revolutionary historical literature was launched in 2020. 3) From 2013,the project of preservation and conservation of revolutionary literature and the literature in the period of the Republic of China organized revolutionary historical literature compilation programs across the country and the compilation outcomes have gradually formed the “material series of revolutionary historical literature” and other distinctive and influential thematic publishing results. 4) The digitization of revolutionary literature has been gradually carried out. In addition to self built databases,some publishing institutions are also actively exploring commercial database construction and marketing models.
Facing the future,the compilation and research of revolutionary historical literature should continue under the guidance of XI Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for A New Era,and intensify effort to structure the subject and knowledge system of revolutionary history literature,push forward the classification and grading system on revolutionary history literature,in hope that more high level achievement can be produced to respond to major national concerns and have a profound academic impact. 12 refs.
