通过对“智慧”一词本源的探究,对智慧图书馆的核心理念进行重新解读和认知重构,认为应在技术赋能的同时更注重内容创建。智慧图书馆的本质是以人的智慧为本,以智能技术为辅,通过智慧化的知识管理和智能化的环境创设,促进人的智慧的激发生成、记录保存、交流利用,并构建起融合显性知识和隐性知识的“专家智慧库”,赋能图书馆新业态。智慧图书馆发展经历“一自两智”三个阶段:自动化阶段更侧重于机器替代,智能化阶段更侧重于人机交互,智慧化阶段更侧重于人智激发,本质上是从图书馆的智慧化走向智慧的图书馆化。元宇宙技术为图书馆发展带来更多的可行机遇和发展空间,应正确厘清智慧图书馆和元宇宙技术应用的辩证关系:一是元宇宙技术是智慧图书馆发展的催化剂,可以促进两者融合发展；二是元宇宙技术应多元呈现但需不忘本源,在智慧图书馆中适度应用；三是元宇宙技术可以助推智慧图书馆的长远发展,在规划中要放眼全局。最后构建“专家智慧库”的实现框架,将图书馆的“资源+”“服务+”“平台+”和“空间+”四大要素融入智慧图书馆,实现对传统图书馆的全面超越。图1。参考文献16。

After more than 20 years of continuous development,the intelligent library has not yet formed a unified understanding in the academic community,and technology first or people oriented is still competing. After exploring the origin of the word “intelligence”,this paper reinterprets and reconstructs the core concept of the intelligent library,and believes that more attention should be paid to content creation in technology empowerment. Its essence should be based on human intelligence,supplemented by intelligent technology,and promoted by intelligent knowledge management and intelligent environment creation,to stimulate the generation,record keeping,exchange and utilization of human intelligence,and build a new library format in which the “expert intelligence repository” integrating explicit resources and tacit knowledge blends and stimulates creativity.
The development of intelligent library can be divided into three stages,namely one “automation” and two “intelligence”. In the automation stage,more emphasis is placed on machine substitution,in the intelligent stage,more emphasis is placed on human computer interaction,and in the smart stage,more emphasis is placed on human intelligence stimulation. In essence,it is from the intellectualization of library to the librarianization of intelligence. The objective and rational stage division will be conducive to the planning,cognition and practice of the intelligent library. On this basis,we should further consider that the metaverse technology brings more feasible opportunities and development space,and correctly clarify the dialectical relationship between the intelligent library and the application of the metaverse technology. First,the metaverse technology is the catalyst for the development of the intelligent library,which can promote the integration and development of the two. Second,the metaverse technology should be presented in multiple ways,but the origin should not be forgotten,and it should be appropriately applied in the intelligent library. Third,the metaverse technology can promote the long term development of the intelligent library,and the overall situation should be considered in the planning.
Based on the re recognition of the intelligent library with human intelligence as the core and the new empowerment brought by the metaverse technology,the implementation framework of the “expert intelligence repository” in the intelligent stage is constructed. The framework aims to integrate the four elements of “library resources+”,“service+”,“platform+” and “space+” into the construction of the intelligent library through the support of various metaverse technologies. Through the creation of an interconnected intelligent platform and an environmental space where the virtual and the real coexist,it focuses on the factors of scholars,students,librarians,etc. and through the deep integration of multiple knowledge and collaborative innovation of intelligence services,so as to realize the generation of intelligence of all participants may be realized. The cycle mode of record keeping and communication and dissemination is to achieve the core task of building an “expert intelligence repository” that integrates the explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge of scholars. It is believed that in the near future,the intelligent library in the metaverse era will surpass the traditional library in terms of functions and services in a new form. 1 fig. 16 refs.
