Abstract:
By the end of this century,the Chinese people will enjoy a relatively comfortable life，and the construction of the library is a part of it. Hebei province has already listed the conditions of its county libraries as the check objectives of realizing the comparatively well-off plan. However，the county libraries of serving this objective and striding forward toward the goal promote also the development of themselves.
