Abstract:
During social informatization, intellectual property has become a focus of international controversies. In the field of library services, there is a legal problem of information interest conflicts, between the publicness of library and the privateness of copyright and between the resources sharing of library and the exclusivity of intellectual property. In this paper, the author analyzes various conflicts. 13 refs.

      社会信息化过程中,知识产权已成为国际上争论的热点。在图书馆领域,面临着信息利益冲突的法律问题,即图书馆的公共性与著作权的私有性之间的矛盾,图书馆资源共享与知识产权的独占性的矛盾。在著作权方面,有精神权利与经济权利的冲突。发达国家与发展中国家也存在信息利益冲突。参考文献13。
