| Abstract: |
| In U. K., community libraries are fully developed in distribution, size and number. In China, there are comparatively good community libraries in the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and other eastern developed cities, while most community libraries in other regions are less developed. Thinking that the main reason is the contradiction between management mechanism and community cultural development, the author proposes some recommendations, such as strengthening government roles, enforcing policies and regulations. 6 refs. |

| 英国的社区图书馆普及好,设馆多,规模一般较大,网络化水平高。中国长江、珠江三角洲及东部发达地区的城市社区图书馆建设比较好,但大多数地区的社区图书馆建设与发达国家比较还有很大差距。主要原因是管理体制与社区文化建设间存在矛盾。目前,建设联合型社区图书馆更符合我国国情。发展对策是:加强政府主导作用,发挥社区单位积极性 ,强化政策和规章保证,以及加大管理力度等等。参考文献6。 |
