| 信息资源配置是指信息的元资源、本资源和表资源实现最为和谐、最为优化、产生最大效益的过程。信息资源配置应遵循效用性原则、公平性原则、快捷性原则、增值性原则等。配置的内容既包括人力资源、本体资源和表资源,也包括时间和空间等。构建一个完整的信息资源效度评价体系,以判断信息资源配置的效度。图5。参考文献6。 |
