Abstract:
Library social responsibility （LSR）research is one of the research fields of library science.Based on Chinas reality，this paper advances that libraries need to pay attention to the local problems and deepen LSR research.LSR Research involves four respects：LSRs connotation，related elements，LSRs fulfillment，and research methods.Every respect includes some concrete contents and the four respects are connected，overlapped，mutually dependent and influencing each other，which compose the theoretical framework of LSR.1fig.1tab.29refs.

      图书馆社会责任是图书馆学的研究内容之一。本文从中国实际出发，提出要注意本土化，不断深化图书馆社会责任的研究。图书馆社会责任研究内容主要包括四个方面：图书馆社会责任的内涵、与图书馆社会责任相关的内容、图书馆社会责任的实现、图书馆社会责任的研究方法，每个方面又包括若干项具体内容。这四方面内容之间有一定程度的交叉与重合，互为依托，相互推动，构成了完整的图书馆社会责任的理论体系。图1。表1。参考文献29。
