| Abstract: |
| This paper determines a basic framework of indicator system on the basis of the evaluation indicator system of dCollection project, a consortium of institutional repositories in South Korea, performs early tests on the indicator system by use of the expert grading method, and determines the best plan for weight distribution. On this basis, this paper quantifies and assigns all levels of indicators in the indicator system to construct a mathematical model of evaluation system.Evaluation indicators include management and policy, content, system and network, and user. Ten institutional repositories representing different subjects are chosen from Open DOAR and evaluated quantitatively and analyzed by the application of the evaluation model in the research. Finally we get the scores and further discuss the issues related to those ten institutional repositories. 1fig. 8tabs. 15refs. |

| 本文在国内外机构仓储及数字图书馆评价研究成果的基础上,结合部分机构仓储的实际调查,以韩国机构仓储联盟dCollection 项目评价指标体系为基础确定指标体系的基本框架,使用专家评分法对指标体系进行前期测试,并确定权重分配的最佳方案。在此基础上对评价指标体系的各级指标进行量化和赋值,构建评价体系的数学模型。评价指标分为管理与政策、内容、系统与网络和用户指标四个维度。以 OpenDOAR 为主要信息源,根据一定的原则选出十个代表性的机构仓储,应用本研究的评价模型对其进行定量评价与分析,最终得到各研究对象的评分,找到存在的问题。图1。表8。参考文献15。 |
