| Abstract: |
Japanese scholars of library history have particular views on concept definition，research method and research field. This paper discusses the library history materials kept in Keio University Library，including the first library journal in Japan titled The Toheki，and the newest Library History textbook published in 2014. And in addition to printed books and journals，this paper also refers to digital materials issued by related associations and organizations.
For research theories，Japanese library history scholars paid more attention to discussing the research method and division，such as Gonnai Takei’s study on history of library and library science，Hiroshi Kawais views on history of library，Library Science and library ideas，and Tarou Miuras summary of studies on library history in Japan from 2002 to 2007. For research contents，Japanese scholars started their studies with the library history，then the research contents were refined into the history of Library Science，ideas，movements，services，collections and biographies of librarians. For research basis，there are plenty of material on library history，which includes textbooks，historical records and reference books such as yearbook，statistics data，bibliography，etc. Among these material，textbooks have crucial importance of popularizing research output and cultivating scholars in this field. Historical records and reference books also provide convenience for scholars in this field. For research organization，Japan Association of Library History，a specialized organization for library history study，was established in 1982 and renamed the Japan Association of Library and Information History in 1995. By hosting the professional meetings and issuing journals，the association promotes the communication of library history research and the academic criticism in this field. For research field，Japanese scholars are good at absorbing the related foreign achievements just as they used to do with the foreign cultures. Apart from library history in Japan，Japanese scholars also studied the library history in China，the United States，Germany，England and Russia. They have translated many books on foreign library history into Japanese，and have become the experts at that field，such as Hiromichi Matsumi for Chinese library history，Yoshitaka Kawasaki for American library history，and Hiroshi Kawai for German library history.
The achievements of library history studies in Japan are very abundant and only a few impressive aspects have been summarized in this article. The achievements and the characteristics of library history studies in Japan need to be studied further. 23 refs.

| 日本的图书馆史研究在概念辨析、研究方法、研究视野方面颇具特色。本文通过对庆应大学所藏图书馆史文献进行系统梳理,总结日本图书馆史研究的特点。在理论方面,注重方法论的探讨与研究领域的划分,如关于图书馆史、图书馆学史和图书馆思想史的认识,以及对日本图书馆史研究分野的概括等；在内容方面,由图书馆史研究分化为图书馆学史研究、图书馆思想史研究,后来细化为运动史、服务史、藏书史、人物传记等各个主题；在研究基础方面,日本图书馆史有教材、史料和工具书；在组织方面,1982年成立专门研究图书馆史的组织图书馆史研究会,1995年后改名为日本图书馆文化史研究会,通过召开专门会议与发行刊物进行研究交流,开展学术批评；在研究视野上,秉承了日本受容文化的特色,研究视野宽广,并不限于日本,对世界图书馆史,以及中美德英俄等各主要国家的图书馆史都有较为深入的研究,形成了翻译著作多、国际研究著作多的特点。日本图书馆史研究的这些成果和特点可为我国同类研究提供借鉴。参考文献23。 |
