psychological capital is a high order construct. This study also investigates the influence that
university librarians psychological capital brings to their working results. Clear proportional
relation is found between psychological capital and university librarians’ working satisfaction
degree, emotion promise, working devotion and career satisfaction degree. It means university
librarians psychological capital owns good criterion validity.
As an exploratory study, it has some limitations. Firstly, this study is only carried out among
some university librarians, which may affect representativeness of sample. Future study may be
carried out in larger group for further validity. Secondly, this study does not consider other types of
libraries and future study may validate if university librarians psychological capital is workable for
other types of librarians.
The feature of this study locates at comprehensive documents review and personal interviews.
Also it defines the intension of university librarians psychological capital, explores and proves
the structure of university librarians psychological capital, explores measuring sheet and validates
the criterion validity of university librarians psychological capital. Administrators of university
libraries may evaluate university librarians psychological capital situations and carry out effective
management via this study results.

Open access to scientific and technological (S&T) information has become the developmental
strategy and target of global main S&T countries. However, open access to research data still
confronts challenges in the implementing process. Data Level Metrics (DLM) is an approach
to forward the scientific data open access, which aims to identify researchers’ contribution to
data work. This paper reviewed the literatures of Bibliometrics, Scientometrics, Informetrics,
Webometrics, Altmetrics and Article Level Metrics (ALM), and discusses the DLM in the field of
Infodemiology and its possible application.
DLM refers to metrics that are related to data publishing and data citation in the data sharing
environment. It includes but is not limited to Altmetrics and ALM. DLM involves three core
concepts: data sharing, data citation and data publishing with further focus on the“data”,
the“scholar records”and the“person”who is closely related to scholar records. Different from
various metrics and methods which are literatures-oriented, DLM attempts to record, count and
measure the publishing, citation and sharing of research data. In DLM, data citation is not only
counted by using references between literatures, but is also extended to the multiple relationships
between data and literatures, data and dataset, data and data, and embedded in the data life cycle, the
