During thd new period of reform and opening,the director of a library should be conscious of"anxiety forhardships"and have the initiative thinking of"planning matters"as well as the development action of"daring uprun the risk".Thus,it is very possible for him to do more and better for the library undertaking and he himself willfeel no qualms upon his post.
