| To deepen the reform and to have a new pattern in library and information service，it is necessary to: emancipate the mind and renew ideas;uphold the modernized and multifunctional course and way;quicken the steps of carrying out the integration of book’ and information materialsc，widen the scope，category and variety of literature collection; speed up the transitiom from the old to the new systems of organization;develop paid services and establish information industry;set up an effective operating mechanism;build a mechanism that is favorable to the growth of talents and attracting them;run properly some tertiary industries. |
