| The practice of paid services is a breakthrough for the library to change to the economic management services.The purpose of the library to reform is to bring about the library's self—value to the maximum.Authorities and qualified personnel of the library are the heart of deepening reform and gaining good results.The inter—library cooperation and management network should be established. The national financial allocation and self—ceonomic management to supplement the shortage of funds should advance side by side. |
