| Libraries with distinctive features are small and medium-sized libraries with collections of distinguishing characteristics.There are 3 special features of them:pratial superiolity of the library collection is absolutely outstanding;a fundamental improvement of the traditional ideas and methods to run the library has already been carried out;they are different from professional libraries.there are no professinal trades,even no demarkation between regions and districts. |
