| Under the conditions of market economy,libraries should follow the law of value to adapt themselves to the change of the relations bnetween supply and demand and change from their runctions of collecting materials into those of fully using informations;also,they should coordinate demands of publication sectors and the users in time by taking advantage of the strong points of market economy to make sensitive response to various informations and initiate value-added infromation services. |
