| The major tasks for libraries at county—level are services for the production and economic construction of agriculture. They are also their own superiorities.Doing a good job of commodity production in rural areas，improving the scientific and cultural quality of peasants，popularizing and applying science and technology and perfecting services for rural markets should he set about according to the mew situation and new characterietics of rural areas. |
