| The forth-level library network of Daqing District takes the municipal library as the centre，the factory libraries as the pivots，the production brigadt libraries as positions and the production team libraries as the forward positions to form a new-type library network，and meanwhile develops four professional small networks，such as the“Reading Guide Network" ,according to professional intensions and this produces the function of "larger networks encase in the smaller ones and the smaller networks give support to the larger ones".
