| 马来西亚技术合作项目(MTCP)的主旨,是加强该国与东盟及亚洲、南太地区伊斯兰国家的技术合作。其子项目图书馆访问与实习和基础课程与图书馆支持,旨在促进参加馆间的交流、合作,并提供技术支持和培训,以求共同发展。马来西亚国家图书馆在馆藏、组织、服务、数字化及专业研究等等方面,都具有其特色。该国图书馆事业发展的成就和经验,对我国多有启示。参考文献5。 |

| Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) is aimed to promote the cooperation between Malaysia with ASEAN countries and Islamic countries in Asian and South-Pacific region. Its subprograms include Library Visit and Attachment, and Basic Course and Library Assistance, which are aimed to promote the exchange and cooperation among participant libraries and provide technical supports and training. In this paper, the author also introduces the practices of the National Library of Malaysia and the development of Malaysian librarianship. 5 refs. |
