| The humanistic significance of the digitization of ancient materials is the reverence for library system, the protection of library rights, the care for underprivileged group and the adherence to library professional spirit. The digitization of ancient materials reflects the integration of information technology and humanistic spirit, which means that library humanistic spirit should be supported by information technology, and information technology should include humanistic factors for its further development. During the digitization of ancient materials, we should get rid of technomania and promote humanistic spirit. 5 refs. |
