| 四川“5·12”地震发生后，中国图书馆界联合国际图书馆组织共同为受灾的图书馆提供各种形式的援助活动，充分体现了图书馆的职业精神以及各类图书馆组织的行业内在价值。图书馆组织和个人通过捐赠、提供决策咨询、充当政府中介和业内外联系的纽带、志愿者行动、图书馆人自助与互助等多种形式援助受灾图书馆。通过这次地震救灾，也反映出我国图书馆行业组织在灾难应急与行业援助活动中，专业性援助、行业组织间协调合作、图书馆防灾应急机制建立等方面有待加强。参考文献5。 |

| Chinese libraries provided many kinds of aids for the libraries in disaster with foreign library organizations after May 12 Earthquake happened in Wenchuan, Sichuan Province of China, which reflected the libraries’ professional spirits and the inner value of library organizations. The organizations and individual librarians aided the disaster affected libraries through many ways, such as donation, offering advice for governmental decision, as the medium between government and libraries in disaster and the bridge for the communication inside and outside of the library fields, volunteers action, self helping and inter helping among the librarians. The Chinese libraries organizations should reinforce professional aid, cooperation and coordination among the organizations, global communication and the establishment of disaster emergency system during the course of relief. 5 refs. |
