| 为了解中国大陆图书馆文献保护灾难预案制定与实施的情况，采用问卷调查方法对中国大陆50家图书馆进行了文献保护灾难预案调查，有31家图书馆返回问卷。调查结果显示：受访图书馆全部没有设置专门的文献保护部门，其文献保护工作大部分局限于馆藏古籍的保护；图书馆的文献保护灾难应对能力较薄弱，其馆藏全部没有保险，疏于防范造成的突发灾难发生率较高，灾后恢复缺乏行业指导及社会协作；图书馆对文献保护灾难预案的认知度较低，没有符合规范要求的成文灾难预案。表1。参考文献26。附录1。 |

| In order to investigate how many libraries in Mainland China have disaster plans in all its relevant aspects, a questionnaire on disaster preparedness was sent in December 2009 by the authors to 50 libraries in Mainland China. Replies were accepted till 30 January 2010. As of that date 31 institutions had replied (about 62%). The survey result shows that all the respondents did not have the preservation departments and their preservation practices are limited to the preservation and conservation of the ancient collections; poor capacity of Disaster Response and Recovery are common problems with all the respondents, and all of them indicate that there is not any kind of insurance coverage on their collections. The high incidence of sudden disaster shows that they failed to prevent them. Meanwhile, there are limited professional guidance and community collaboration to help their recovery; low awareness of the library disaster plan is also surfaced and all does not have written disaster plan meet specifications. 1 tab. 26 refs. 1 appendix. |
