      随着协同技术的发展以及Web2.0群体交互性虚拟社群的出现,用户协同信息行为已经逐渐成为新的研究热点。协同信息行为的类型主要包括:协同信息查寻与检索、计算机支持的社群信息交流、协同内容创作和协同信息质量控制。协同信息查寻与检索的研究成果较为丰富,而协同内容创作,尤其是协同信息质量控制的研究相对较少。协同理论也是协同信息行为研究的一个必要组成部分,目前尚缺乏对社群用户在协同系统环境下的信息活动及其情感、认知的综合研究,缺乏对异步、异地发生的用户协同信息行为的研究。此外,如何设计和构建群体交互式虚拟社群环境,以更好地提升用户协同信息活动的效果,这些都将成为新的研究课题。图1。参考文献64。
英文摘要:
In the wake of the development of collaborative technology and with the advent of Web 2.0 based virtual communities, collaborative information behavior(CIB)has aroused an increasing interest in academia. It is stated that recent CIB researches mainly involve the following types: collaborative information seeking and retrieval(CIS&R), community communication supported by computer, collaborative content creation and collaborative information quality control. CIS&R is, comparatively, the most fruitful field, while studies on collaborative content creation and collaborative information quality control are relatively fewer. Furthermore, collaborative theory is an essential part of CIB studies. It is argued that synthetic research concerning information activities, emotion and cognition in the context of collaborative systems is absent in recent studies, especially in regard to manifestation and pattern of collaboration. It is also stated that few models have discussed problems of asynchrony and remote CIB in a computer supported context. Moreover, this paper asks how we can build a virtual community for group interaction that better supports participants collaborative information practices. These problems will be addressed in further studies. 1 fig. 64 refs.
