| The book Equitable Access to Library Resources written by Fan Bingsi is a work which has made most detailed and accurate description of fair use of library resources in the modern and contemporary history of libraries. This book sorts out the development skeleton of the fair use of library resources in an comprehensive way, further elaborates the concept, materials and thoughts about the fair use of library resources, steps up efforts to emphasize theory of information equity, equity and efficiency of information, thus lays a theoretical foundation for modern public libraries to advance the idea of information equity and to realize the fair use of resources. 4refs. |
