中国图书馆学基础理论的本土化探索经历了民国时期、新中国成立后的前30年和改革开放至今三个时期,不同历史时期的研究都取得了一定的成果,尤以改革开放40余年来的成果最为丰硕。但中国特色图书馆学基础理论体系建设的任务依然艰巨。中国特色图书馆学基础理论体系的基本特征主要体现在特有的文化渊源、现实国情、话语体系和方法构建四个方面,核心理念主要体现为四个意识:问题意识、范式意识、方法意识和视野意识。以此为依据,中国特色图书馆学基础理论体系应该由四个部分组成:图书馆学元理论、图书馆发展理论、图书馆治理理论和图书馆职业理论。这是一个开放的、与时俱进的体系,随着社会发展和事业进步而不断创新。图1。参考文献55。

The indigenization of the fundamental theory of library science in China has gone through three stages,namely the period of the Republic of China,the first 30 years after the founding of the People's Republic of China,and the period starting from China's reform and opening up to present. Achievements have been made to a varying extent during different stages,and they were particularly fruitful over the past 40 years. In spite of this,it remains an arduous task to build a framework of fundamental theory of library science with Chinese characteristics.
The characteristics of the framework of fundamental theory of library science with Chinese characteristics are mainly reflected in four aspects: 1） its cultural origin is Chinese traditional culture and ancient Chinese library science thoughts; 2） its value orientation is embodied in serving the development of the country and society based on China's actual national conditions; 3） its form of expression is a discourse system with Chinese characteristics; 4） its method system is oriented to researching and solving the problems of Chinese librarianship development.
The concept of the construction of the framework of fundamental theory of library science with Chinese characteristics is mainly reflected in:1） problem awareness,ie. the construction of the framework should be based on the practical problems emerged in the development of the library science; 2） paradigm awareness,ie. extracting the basic concepts,basic categories and core propositions of the fundamental theory of library science with Chinese characteristics; 3） methodological awareness,ie. keeping absorbing and learning from the research methods of different disciplines to improve research ability and standardization; 4） vision awareness,ie. developing an international perspective,and actively absorbing and learning from foreign advanced theories and methods.
The framework of fundamental theory of library science with contemporary Chinese characteristics should be composed of four parts: library science meta theory,library development theory,library governance theory,and library professional theory. Among them,library science meta theory plays a fundamental and dominant role,and the rest three are the extension and development of library science meta theory. This is an open system that keeps up with the times. With the passage of time,many new theories will be incorporated into this theoretical framework,hence enabling this framework to play a critical role in leading and supporting the development of China's librarianship. 1 fig. 55 refs.
