historical geography knowledge base is one of the indispensable and distinctively important part.
The spatial-temporal data model and its technical implementation scheme proposed in this paper
will be tested, verified and adjusted during the construction of Chinese historical geography
knowledge base. Based on this model, ontology thesaurus will be published on the Web after
formalized encoding for peers and relevant scholars for reference, revision and improvement.
