               based on the comparative analysis of the availability and accessibility of information sources.
               The findings of this research include: firstly, the ratio of people who transform the information
               sources from available ones to accessible ones successfully increased along with their educational
               level improvement. This means that education levels indeed affect the information richness of
               individuals. Secondly, for those information poor people, who are unable to transform the available
               information sources into accessible ones, the efficiency of information utility is not related to
               individuals’ educational level. This means that information poverty is an independent phenomenon
               in some instance. Thirdly, the pure effect of education level on information richness of individuals,
               controlled all other variables beside the education experience, only existed in the specific group of
               sample people instead of all. This means that the effect of education experience of individuals on
               the information richness is somehow a locality phenomenon.
                 The findings of this research are expected to benefit the information poverty reduction process
               based on an in-depth understanding of the essential roles of individual educational experience on
               the transformation of information source from availability to accessibility. Specifically, researchers
               need to pay more attention to the mechanism of how education system may enrich the information
               richness of individuals to expand the information poverty reduction via improvement of efficacy
               of the education system. Besides, this research is also expected to shed light on the mechanism of
               how it is possible for those measures which focus on information poverty reduction can count on
               the development of social educational system.
                 The limitation of this research is that it mainly revealed individuals’ disparity access to
               information sources according to their different educational experience, however, the exploration
               for both availability and accessibility of information sources focuses on the initial stage of
               individuals’ information world. Thus, we should conduct more sophisticated research in future
               to reveal the complicated mechanism of the formulation process of information poverty from the
               theoretical perspective of individuals’ information world framework but beyond the information
               source availability and accessibility.




               Type and implementation of vocabulary reuse in resource description

               The purpose of the resource description is to add meaningful data to the described objects,
               so that machine and human users can effectively identify, find, and discover various types of

               resources. In order to improve the normalization and standardization of resource description,
               and enhance the interoperability between resources, various types of vocabulary are constantly
               created and used to describe resources and can express semantic content contained in resources
