               intelligence service platform.
In the big data era,we need to seize the new opportunities and changes of intelligence service
to implement the construction of smart city emergency decision-making intelligence system in the
following two aspects. Firstly, the data resources, methods and tools,as well as the expert wisdom
should be in accordance with the intelligence engineering mode to complete the whole process of
emergency intelligence work. Secondly, the smart emergency intelligence parallelization operation
system should be cultivated by using the idea of Online to Offline (O2O) and the combination of
               virtuality and reality.
In general, through the construction of intelligence system, the people, organizations, computer
systems, and other resources involved in emergencies will be formed into an integral whole. The
research can help to improve the intelligence level of city emergency management, and provide
reliable theory basis and correct guidance for the practice of city smart emergency.

With the rapid development of mobile Internet, mobile search becomes increasingly more popular.
There are critical needs for developing theoretical and practical understanding of this relatively
new search phenomenon. As an important aspect of users’ behaviors, mobile users’ search
strategies play important roles in understanding users’ search intentions and their search behavior
characteristics. We intend to study college students’ behaviors through in-depth analyzing their
information needs within a search session context, and combine it with examining the recorded
search logs, which contain detailed user’s behaviors on querying, selecting, and reviewing in the
search sessions. The particular participants we recruited in this study were all college students, who
are one of the main user groups for mobile searches. We examined the relationship between the
search session and query, characterized the features of mobile search sessions, discussed the
factors of these features, and compared the behaviors of our participants to those of the populations
in existing studies in the literature.
Our research examined the participants in their real-life search environment. 30 college students
were recruited to conduct this uncontrolled experiment for two weeks. Their phones were installed
AWARE logging software to collect the data, and the participants needed to complete structured
diary every day to describe one mobile search with deepest impression. The diary recorded the
               mobile search’s information needs,search motivation,search context,search experience,etc.
After the experiment,we conducted an interview to ask the participants to explain the reasons of
characteristics in the mobile search process. We analyzed the relevant data in questionnaire, the
