社群环境下用户协同信息行为研究述评 *

摘摇 要摇 随着协同技术的发展以及 Web2. 0 群体交互性虚拟社群的出现,用户协同信息行为已经逐渐成为新的
研究热点。 协同信息行为的类型主要包括:协同信息查寻与检索、计算机支持的社群信息交流、协同内容创作和
协同信息质量控制。 协同信息查寻与检索的研究成果较为丰富,而协同内容创作,尤其是协同信息质量控制的研
究相对较少。 协同理论也是协同信息行为研究的一个必要组成部分,目前尚缺乏对社群用户在协同系统环境下
的信息活动及其情感、认知的综合研究,缺乏对异步、异地发生的用户协同信息行为的研究。 此外,如何设计和构
建群体交互式虚拟社群环境,以更好地提升用户协同信息活动的效果,这些都将成为新的研究课题。 图 1。 参考

ABSTRACT摇 In the wake of the development of collaborative technology and with the advent of Web 2. 0鄄based virtual
communities熏 collaborative information behavior穴 CIB雪 has aroused an increasing interest in academia. It is stated that
recent CIB researches mainly involve the following types押 collaborative information seeking and retrieval 穴 CIS&R雪 熏
community communication supported by computer熏 collaborative content creation and collaborative information quality
control. CIS&R is熏 comparatively熏 the most fruitful field熏 while studies on collaborative content creation and collaborative
information quality control are relatively fewer. Furthermore熏 collaborative theory is an essential part of CIB studies. It is
argued that synthetic research concerning information activities熏 emotion and cognition in the context of collaborative
systems is absent in recent studies熏 especially in regard to manifestation and pattern of collaboration. It is also stated that
few models have discussed problems of asynchrony and remote CIB in a computer鄄supported context. Moreover熏 this paper
asks how we can build a virtual community for group interaction that better supports participants蒺 collaborative information
practices. These problems will be addressed in further studies. 1 fig. 64 refs.
